We were thinking for quite some time for a smart solution to allow our fulrange speakers to be enjoyed in big rooms. Since we did not want to unnecessarily increase the cabinet size of our Fullrange driver based loudspeakers the best solution is to go for active bass modules in sealed cabinet design. The woofer in the sub is very fast and relatively lightweight. That allows a AB Class 200W Amp to deliver very energetic, superbly controlled bass. The sub amp allows fo volume, phase, frequency cut-off, boost regulation so it enables placing the speakers in the best sounding spot in your room and than just adjust the bass parameters to your liking. You will never have trouble with bass again.
It can be combined with any of our loudspeakers (appropriate credit for stand substitution with the Monitor models). One or two units can be used for entire system. That way you can transform your current speakers into the beasts that will give you live concert experience at home.
