The new Sony IER-Z1R Signature Series In-Ear Monitors from Sony feature an HD hybrid driver system (2 dynamic/1 balanced armature), a refined-phase structure, along with the sonic purity of a 4.4mm balanced audio connection to elevate your listening experience to one you can feel.
The Sony IER-Z1R In Ear Monitors are equipped with a frequency response of 3 Hz to 100 kHz and are built to reproduce every note. Inheriting the MDR-Z1R's diaphragm structure, the 12mm dynamic drivers offer deep bass and fine mid-high sound. The super tweeter is on a coaxial position against the nozzle, which delivers accurate super-high notes to your ears with an extra-wide frequency response.
Other features include: naturally controlled acoustics that steers audio from the trio of driver units as though they were a single driver, sound space control for wide sound reproduction, and silver-coated, oxygen-free copper cables for less sound degradation.
In addition, the silk insulator and non-magnetic plating in the cables helps to reduce touch noise and act as an insulator against vibration. Using twisted pair wiring and non-magnetic undercoat for gold plating on the plugs ensures clean signal transmission.
