More than just a streamer, Stream3 can also serve as a high-performance server, with optional internal storage and CD ripping capabilities via an external USB optical drive. It delivers a pristine, precisely timed signal—free of jitter and distortion—allowing connected DACs to perform at their absolute best and reveal every layer of detail, texture, and emotion embedded in each recording.
Built on an ultra-low-noise power architecture and equipped with state-of-the-art clocking technology, Stream3 features a robust 10mm-thick CNC-machined chassis made from bead-blasted and anodized aluminum. This premium build not only contributes to its sleek industrial design but also offers exceptional acoustic and electrical isolation. The entire system—from hardware to proprietary software—is developed in-house by Innuos, ensuring seamless integration and superior sonic results.
The Stream3 features a superior power architecture with the integrated ARC6-CX module, combining 132,000uf Mundorf capacitance, active rectification and CX power regulation onto a single module to greatly reduce impedance and supply ultra-clean power to the system, sourced from a large 300VA toroidal transformer and medical-grade AC filtering to further reduce noise.
Stream3 also introduces a modular architecture that provides remarkable flexibility and future-proofing. Users can customize the streamer with optimized Digital Output Modules tailored to their system requirements—whether USB, SPDIF, or forthcoming module options—ensuring perfect synergy with their gear.
