DALI Speakers
D.A.L.I. (Danish Audiophile Loudspeaker Industries) was founded in Denmark in 1983 by Peter Lyngdorf. It was started as a House Brand to supply Peter's 200+ retail chain Hifi Klubben. DALI was created to meet the demands of Scandinavia's leading audio retail chain's customers, who were asking for loudspeakers that existing brands couldn't offer. DALI loudspeakers would offer outstanding performance and natural sound at competitive prices. Inspired by a firm belief that we could create a unique sonic identity that focused on musical realism and sound integrity, we set out to redefine the reproduction of sound.
The Nørager factory was opened in 1986 and now occupies close to 250,000 square feet. DALI employs 250 people and manufactures over 250,000 pairs of speakers annually. Over 90% are sold outside Denmark to over 65 countries worldwide.
