Refund policy
Very simply, we do not offer refunds or allow returns.
Please do not hesitate in contacting us for advice and assistance with the product(s) of interest prior to purchase. With over 25 years of industry experience, we can offer important information on all the products we represent. You may also contact us to arrange for an audition if the product is on display.
We are an Authorized Dealer for all our Brands. All products include the manufacturer or distributor Canadian Warranty.
In the rare event your purchase is defective when it arrives, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement promptly. We will cover your shipping cost to return the defective product to us as well as the shipping cost to send a replacement to you.
If your purchase appears to have been damaged during shipping to you, please notify us immediately. We safely pack and fully insure all of our orders.
To complete your defective exchange or Warranty Repair, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with the serial number in an email detailing the request and issue. A return authorization (RA) will be sent to you by email. We will provide the appropriate address to ship the product with the RA. Please do not write the RA Number on the box. Include a note inside the box. Once an RA has been received, you may proceed with the return following the instructions below. Once your item is received, we will send you an email confirmation.
In Warranty Shipping To The Authorized Repair Center.
If your product purchase requires repair during the Warranty term, please contact us. We will arrange with the particular supplier of the product to have it repaired. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost of your item for Warranty Repair. The Authorized repair facility or Manufacturer will cover the shipping cost to return the repaired or replacement product to you. This is standard practice in the industry. Your shipping cost is refundable for a product that is defective when you initially receive it. We will also cover the cost to ship a replacement to you.
Please pack the item using the original manufacturer factory packaging as well as the outer box and packing material we used. Insure the item to full value and purchase tracking and require a signature with the courier company used. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will send you a replacement promptly after we have received your item.
