I had watched a few reviews of the Laiv Harmony uDDC after I had purchased a Laiv uDAC, which I love. Adding the uDDC opened up the sound of the uDAC to my listening, giving it a more clear, clean sound and stretching the soundstage. Very happy with the my decision to add the uDDC to my audio setup. This thing is just incredible. Had it for a couple weeks now and I can tell you that the improvements in sound quality (stereo separation, sound stage, overall non-fatiguing warm tonal balance, etc.) using the I2S connection, are just delightful. Had a budget Fiio K13 r2r which I liked a lot but this unit is well worth the upgrade. Fully packed with fearures for customizing the sound to your liking, it canbe used as a stand-alone DAC, a DAC-preamp or a headphone amp. And the build construction is also much higher than what the price suggests. Highly recommended!
