Let customers speak for us
from 153 reviewsReplaced my Eversolo T8 Streaming Transport which my wife now uses on her setup. My system now has the resolution to tell the difference between the two. I also like the addition of an input for my 10 Mhz master clock. Input from Roon over my home network uses the fibre connection to isolate the Eversolo Transport from electrical noise. The USB output stream uses the LAIV uDDC before reaching the DAC. Listening with Meze Audio Elite headphones. An expensive setup costing as much as a small car which I use more often than I would the car. Music puts a smile on my face and is a lot easier to start up in the winter.
This unit is excellent match for Laiv Harmony HP2A that I bought as a bundle along with Laiv uDDC reclocker. Wonderful synergy and very nice implementation. I like the compact size of the stack and sheer elegance from the user point of view. The DAC performance meets very high standard, probably beating some more expensive units. Soundstage depth and width is the most important positive attribute. Airy, clean presentation, no digital glare. Neutral but not boring! Highly recommended.
Professional, reliable and expeditious service. Very highly recommended.
This Laiv preamplifier (HP2A) is a perfect match for my system that also includes Laiv Harmony DAC and Laiv uDDC re-clocker. My active speakers (pair of Buchardt A1 and SUB 10)are driven directly by HP2A preamp, XLR output. The sound is perfectly coherent, detailed without any hints of digital harshness from the DAC side. It is very slightly warm sounding but not slow or too dark. The physical construction is superb and leaves impression of a long term reliability. I do not use headphone preamp outputs in my configuration. Overall - this is a reasonably priced high quality unit that delivers on a promise on detailed but not clinical sound regardless of the connected source (analog or digital balanced inputs). Highly recommended especially when matched with other Laiv components.
It is a blessing to have this cartridge singing music in our household. This is my first MC cartridge. I’ve had MM before also Benz Micro but this is a great upgrade. Recommend it.
Noteworthy Audio was great to work with, Nick was very helpful and friendly. Grateful to have my dream amp, the Ferrum Oor, which arrived quickly and very safely packed. Definitely recommend the professional services of Noteworthy.

This amplifier drives my quad els57 speakers Beautifully. Much Crisper and deeper Bass than I thought those old speakers could make. quite an improvement from my Quad II monoblocks.
Quick delivery
Fast delivery and well packaged. Enjoying the music.
Dealing with Nick is always a pleasure. AAA+
The least “electronic “ sounding moving coil I have used. Not as extending in the high frequencies or as detailed as the Lyra Kleos, but very natural sounding in the midrange. Low frequencies have a nice bloom, imaging is very good.
Excellent music playback
Great services
Really great holographics and bass. really worth the bucks in nearfield
