Description

The new Innuos Phoenix NET network switch is the realization of Innuos' philosophy of simplicity and signal purity applied to the network switch. Having started with improvements to the Ethernet ports' clock on our flagship Statement, Innuos has now taken the concept to the next level with a completely new network switch design that focuses exclusively on audio use. Typical IT network switches/routers are designed with the sole purpose of taking data from A to B with a noise floor and precision that is "enough" for the rate of transmission. This is fine for data networks but when sensitive components such as DACs and Pre-Amplifiers are involved, it will have an audible impact on sound quality.

    I am really enjoying this unit. It powers my headphones as well as sends signal to my studio monitors. I love the onboard eq and effects (which I admittedly don't use a ton but love the option) and the screen is beautiful. I have been applying some of the headphone presets andI think they're great. I know some audiophile reviewers weren't favourable of the presets but I've been loving them!

    Spectacularly fits with what i want from a headphone. My favourite sound signature out of my collection of Sennheiser, Grado, Sony, Koss, Apple headphones. Pairs well with my Woo Audio WA7 Fireflies 3rd Gen headphone amplifier/DAC. Added an after-market balanced cable to optimize my amp, but otherwise plug and play.
