The new Violectric HPA V550 Headphone Amp and Preamp is versatile and delivers a functionality and low-noise, low-distortion circuits specially optimized for dynamic and orthodynamic headphones. With support for headphone impedance loads of 16 to 600 ohms, the V550 Pro can drive the most demanding headphones, while pre-gain selection via DIP switch and pre- or post-fader selection make the unit equally comfortable as a high-fidelity studio preamplifier.
The V550 Pro sports balanced stereo Neutrik XLR outputs and inputs, two unbalanced RCA inputs, four unbalanced RCA outputs, two unbalanced 1/4" stereo TRS headphone outputs, and one fully balanced, Neutrik XLR 4-pin stereo headphone output with gold-plating for true balanced headphone amplification.
The V550 PRO Features:
256-step relay volume control with balance knob, dedicated input and output selection and a wireless infrared remote control for conveniently controlling volume and selecting inputs or outputs.
The V590 v2 is the same as the V550 and includes a Dac:

AES/EBU, Coax, USB and Toslink Inputs
The 590 v2 PRO includes the DAC and 256 step relay volume control.
