The F1 Series is the pinnacle of Fyne Audio’s audio experience and engineering expertise using the most advanced point-source driver technology. This series represents state of the art UK hi-fi loudspeaker design. All at the Fyne Audio headquarters in Glasgow, the F1 Series is designed, manufactured, hand-finished and tested.
The F1-5 has a hand crafted cabinet that is supported on a machined aluminum plinth which houses Fyne Audio's BassTrax LF diffuser. This speaker uses the same technology as the larger F1-8 but in a near bookshelf speaker design. This speaker also features a 125mm IsoFlare low frequency driver mated to a 19 mm magnesium dome compression tweeter that is surrounded by FyneFlute rubber surround. This creates a point source, time aligned transducer delivering pure isotropic radiation across the entire audio spectrum. Hand finished in the UK with a walnut veneer and burr walnut inlay. The Fyne Audio F1-5 is the pinnacle of UK Hi-Fi loudspeaker design distilled into a sumptuous compact bookshelf speaker design.
